Process
Assessments involve gathering and interpreting information about you. In the first session, you will be interviewed about your problems or situations, your current environment, your family and cultural background, your personal history, and your treatment history. Between sessions, you may be asked to complete online inventories or questionnaires. In the second session, your counselor will provide you with a document that contains an interpretation of your data. They will walk through the document with you and help you think about how best to use it.
